Elvis performed in "The Big Creek High School Gym" Big Creek, Mississippi.

1956

Elvis flies from Los Angeles to Memphis.

1957

There was a press conference at the Saddle and Sirloin Club at the Stockyards Inn in Chicago.
Elvis performed at the International Amphitheater, Chicago. Elvis wore the $2,500 gold-leaf suit, that the Colonel had had made up by Nudie Cohen. There was a crowd of 12,000.

1958

Elvis, part of the Second Armored Division, arrived at Fort Hood at 4.00 p.m. and was declared off-limits to the press from the next day on.

1962

Elvis continued recording t he soundtrack to "Girls, grls, girls" from 1.00 p.m. to 1.40 p.m.

1972

Still in the RCA studio Elvis was persuaded to try a rock-song like "Burning Love".

1975

Elvis performed at the Showroom, Las Vegas, Hilton, Las Vegas.
Barbra Streisand attended the midnight show and met backstage with Elvis afterward.
She offered him the costarring role in her upcoming remake of "A Star Is Born".
Elvis showed enormous enthusiasm for the project, which was dampened by the Colonel over the next few days.

1977

Elvis performed at the Municipal Auditorium, Austin, Texas at 8:30 PM. The crowd was 6000 and Elvis wore 1974 arabian suit with the original belt.
