1955

Elvis performed in "Sputter Park" Wichita Falls, Texas.

1956

Principal photography for The Reno Brothers began.

1957

Elvis bought tow stone lions and had them installed on either side of the steps
leading up to Graceland.

1967

Elvis was released from Speedway and scheduled to begin two nights of recording at RCA's
Studio A on Sunset Boulevard, but due to an accident near Elvis Bel Air home,
the Colonel sent Elvis and Priscilla off to Las Vegas, in fear of bad publicity.

1969

Elvis' performance was taped by RCA both this and the following nights
and by now Elvis appeared secure and easy on stage.

1970

Elvis performed at the Showroom, International Hotel, Las Vegas

1971

Elvis performed at the Las Vegas Hilton, Las Vegas. Already a little better,
Elvis was still worried about his throat problems and a specialist was called.
